Where is the new hotel?

We have relocated to the Hilton Palacio del Rio, located at 200 South Alamo Street in downtown San Antonio. Click here for hotel information and the festival rates.

What is the parking situation? Where do I park?

Hotel valet parking is available for $59.00 per day. ($49 with RISE Coupon)

Can I buy tickets at the door? If so, which payment methods can I use?

Absolutely, you can pay with card or cash only, NO Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal will be accepted.

Refunds/Transfers

Are passes refundable?

• First of all, we are sad you will not join us this year., but we understand. Yes, please complete the 2026 REFUND form and allow us 24 hours to process.

• Note: Refunds typically takes 3 to 10 business days to reach a credit card, though processing times can stretch up to 20 business days depending on the payment provider used. i.e. PayPal, Some Financial institutions.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else, and what is the deadline?

• Absolutely. The deadline for ticket transfer is Tuesday, July 21st. Follow instructions listed on the 2026 TRANSFERS page. There is a $50 fee. ** The person who owns the ticket must initiate the transfer and pay the $50 dollar fee in order to start the process **

What is the the process to transfer my ticket to attend in 2027?

• Visit the website and click on "ROLLOVER MY TICKET 2027" button, then complete the form.

I want to perform. How do I register?

Performers interested in performing on Friday, July 24th, or Saturday, July 25th, need to complete the 2026 Team Registration Form.  The last day to sign up as a performer is Sunday, July 19th at 11:59 pm.
